Industrial waste water may contain trace amounts of organic chemicals, solvents and other compounds that must be treated to protect the environment and conserve water resources. Wastewater collection and hauling for offsite disposal is expensive. With a Wastech Advanced Oxidation system, manufacturers can treat such wastes on site with a skid-mounted and highly automated treatment process that destroys organic compounds.  Advanced Oxidation employs a combination of hydrogen peroxide, ozone and ultraviolet (UV) light in a reaction chamber that almost completely consumes organic compounds into water and CO2. It’s proven to be effective against chloroethylene’s, chlorinated solvents, pesticides, cyanides, MTBE, polychlorinated biphenyls, phenolic compounds, jet fuel and all other hydrocarbons.
