Chemical metering pumps and AOD pumps are often the source of chemical leaks in pH neutralization systems. These pumps often provide high discharge pressure on the chemical feed line, creating a high possibility of chemical spray during a leak. Wastech can eliminate this safety hazard by providing fabricated polypropylene metering pump cabinets. Our cabinets can be designed to be any size or shape to fit tight installation requirements. They fully contain the chemical pump and provide access to the pump via a clear PVC door. The clear door allows operators to look into the cabinet without opening the enclosure to see whether or not a leak has occurred. As an option, we can provide a leak detection switch and leak alarm control panel to automate the leak detection process.
