OMEGA™ Batch pH Neutralization Systems

The OMEGA™ series of Batch pH neutralization systems treat intermittent flows of acidic or basic wastewater. These systems treat waste water by adjusting the pH to a neutral range, typically 6 to 9, before discharging the water. Standard systems are available with design capacities between 1 and 500 gallons per batch. Custom systems are available with capacities up to 2,000 gallons per batch. Specially-designed customer systems can treat concentrated acid wastes. Key features of OMEGA™ batch pH systems are:

• Batch capacities from 1 to 2,000 gallons 
• Influent pH of 1 to 13; Effluent pH of 6 to 9
• Heavy duty mixer for the reaction stage
