OMEGA™ Continuous pH Neutralization Systems

pH Neutralization systems treat waste water by adjusting the pH to a neutral range, typically 6 to 9. The OMEGA™ series of pH neutralization systems treat continuous flows of acidic or basic wastewater. Standard systems are available with design capacities between 10 and 50 gallons per minute. Custom systems are available with design capacities of 500 or more gallons per minute. Key features of OMEGA™ continuous pH systems are: 

• 10 to 500+ gpm continuous flow rates
• Influent pH of 2 to 12; Effluent pH of 6 to 9
• One, Two and Three Stage reaction tank systems
• Heavy duty mixer for each stage 
• Electronically controlled chemical metering pumps
• Relay or PLC-based industrial grade control system
• Gravity or pumped discharge
