Pump Lift Stations

Wastech pump lift stations are a great solution for transferring chemical-laden wastewater when a gravity drain is not feasible. Special applications require a custom design to accommodate a variety of requirements that exceed the capabilities of a standard pump lift station. Examples of such special applications may include high flow rates or discharge pressures, large tank capacities, high operating temperatures, complete double-containment of pressurized components, or handling of highly corrosive, and caustic chemicals.

Vertical Pump Lift Stations

  • Our standard vertical pump lift stations feature one or two vertical centrifugal pumps with flows from 5 to 100 GPM, head from 10 to 55 feet.
Air Operated Pump Lift Stations
  • These air operated lift stations feature one or more pumps, and are suitable when electric-powered pumps are not practical. A variety of plastic wetted materials are available that are suitable for highly corrosive chemicals with flows from 1 to 100 GPM, head from 10 to 270 feet.
Solvent Pump Lift Stations
  • Our solvent pump lift stations are similar in design to the air operated pump lift stations, but they feature stainless steel construction. Hazardous and non hazardous classification.
Sump Basin Pump Lift Stations
  • Sump basin pump lift stations are a great solution for transferring wastewater from large batch dumps, such as rinsing or clean in place (CIP) operations for food and beverage or pharmaceutical production facilities. The large capacity fiberglass tanks are installed below grade to permit gravity drains from production vessels. Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex options with flows from 50 to 1000 GPM.
Custom Pump Lift Stations
  • Special applications require a custom design to accommodate a variety of requirements that exceed the capabilities of a standard pump lift station. Multiple pump type and materials of construction available.
