Most simple automation projects do not require a PLC and can be done using relay or instrument based control panels. Wastech offers many standard relay and instrument based control panels as well as custom panels. Wastech specializes in pump control panels, process alarm panels, process monitoring panels, pH control panels, and others. All of our control panels are designed to UL 508A specifications and will have a UL label upon request. Every Wastech control panel is designed for installation in an industrial environment with a NEMA 4 or 4X enclosure.

No matter what the process is; from process, pump, or valve control to flow or level monitoring and leak detection, Wastech can design a control panel to fit the exact needs of the customer. We use such components as lockable disconnects, emergency stop buttons, and alarm buzzers or horns to provide a safe environment for operators. We can incorporate advanced features that can send alarm signals to Building Management Systems or even send emails or pages to key personnel when alarms occur. All of our control panels come with a complete set of electrical schematics and panel layout drawings, giving our customers a complete engineered control system.
