Solvent Pump Lift Stations

Pump lift stations are a great solution for transferring wastewater or waste chemicals when a gravity drain is not feasible. Wastech solvent pump lift stations are similar in design to the air operated pump lift stations, but they feature stainless steel construction. The air operated diaphragm pumps make them suitable for use with flammable solvent wastes, such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA) in electrically classified hazardous areas (e.g Class 1, Division II, Group D). These lift stations are equipped with level switches to start and stop the pumps automatically. The pumps are self-priming, so they’ll run without needing operator attention.

Key features of standard Wastech Solvent Pump Lift Stations are:

  • Welded stainless steel tanks (304 SS or 316LSS)
  • Simplex or Duplex stainless steel air operated diaphragm pumps
  • Flow rates from 1 to 120 gpm
  • Level switches to operate each pump and to activate a high level alarm
  • Optional double-containment tank with leak sensor
  • Compatible with either the optional explosion-proof or intrinsically safe remote control panels
  • Custom designed configurations are available
