Wastech vertical pump lift stations are a great solution for transferring chemical-laden wastewater when a gravity drain is not feasible. Standard pump lift stations feature one or two vertical centrifugal pumps. Custom pump lift stations can be outfitted with three or more. A variety of plastic wetted materials are available that are suitable for acid, and highly corrosive chemicals. These lift stations are equipped with level switches to start and stop the pumps automatically. The pump motors and level switches are pre-wired to a junction box to simplify installation and connection to a remotely located control panel. The pumps are self-priming, so they’ll run without needing operator attention (Specification Data).
