The CWT-75 is a skid mounted fully automated batch heavy metal removal system. This system is designed to treat 65 gallon batches of waste water containing heavy metals. The waste is transferred to the upper batch treatment tank where chemistry is added to precipitate the heavy metals.  Our in-house lab can test a waste sample to optimize the treatment process and determine the most efficient and cost effective treatment method.  Once the heavy metals fall out of solution, the waste is automatically discharged through filter bags that will collect the solids.  The filtrate is then pumped from the lower collection basin to the sewer.  Depending on the treatment process and the local pH discharge limits, the filtrate may need final pH adjustment.  Final pH adjustment is available on the CWT-75 Plus.
