The IEX-20 is a regenerative ion exchange system designed to treat or recycle a 20gpm continuous flow of rinse water. Our systems incorporate on-site regeneration, eliminating the need for bottle replacement.  This saves the repetitive cost of having resin bottles hauled away for regeneration by a third party.  This system is designed to remove contaminants in waste water using cationic and anionic ion exchange resin.  The discharge conductivity is monitored, and when the resin is exhausted, the vessel regenerates automatically using advanced Kinetico valves.  The regenerate waste can then be treated for pH and discharged to the sewer, or can be further concentrated using a vacuum distillation system.
