Description:
The LabDELTA™ is a compact, stand-alone continuous pH neutralization system that is perfect for treating up to a 5 gpm continuous flow of process waste. Using a combination of passive limestone treatment and active chemical treatment along with effluent pH monitoring ensures that the waste will be at a safe discharge pH before entering the sewer line.
- Fabricated polypropylene skid and containment for process and chemical tanks
- 33 gallon fabricated polypropylene limestone reaction tank
- 40 gallon fabricated polypropylene active reaction tank
- 22 gallon fabricated polypropylene monitoring tank
- 14 gallon molded polyethylene caustic storage tank (and acid tank for caustic waste)
- Caustic metering pump
- Acid metering pump (for caustic waste treatment)
- Reaction tank mixer
- pH probes in reaction tank and monitoring tank
- Local NEMA 4 control panel
- Pump discharge (includes ½ hp vertical centrifugal pump for discharge when a gravity drain is not possible)
- Paper strip chart recorder or digital data logger
- Effluent flow monitor (flow can also be recorded on the digital data logger)
- Non-compliance discharge prevention (includes pump discharge and actuated valves to route waste water to a storage tank upon out-of-tolerance pH values)
